Construction Manager - Mark Collins-Wood is Educo’s Construction manager. He has
the unenviable task of overseeing all the construction works on site. Ensuring all
the works are to the required standard and works are performed safely and in due
time.
Design Manager - Andy Harris co-ordinates all the design on work. His role is to
ensure that design is managed in such a way as to make the building as user friendly
as possible. Andy works with the architects, engineers and all the other designers
involved on site.
Site Manager - Helder Ferreira is the man on the ground. His role is to co-ordinate
the works on a weekly basis and ensure the site is moving ahead as planned. He is
a Portuguese native with vast experience in construction and management.
Quantity Surveyor - Rob Jackson’s the man who manages the procurement and costs
associated with the building.
Health & Safety Adviser - Sinead Egan is an integral part of the team. She focuses
on safety, health and environmental issues, assisting the team in achieving Educo’s
aim of providing safe, healthy and environmentally sensitive work place.

Project Manager - Pedro Grilo is the head of the team. He has working in construction
all over the world since birth! A Portuguese but with fluent English, Spanish &
French. His grasp of Engineering and building is second to none on site.
Planner - Ben Reeve keeps an eye on how works progress on site and also looks ahead
in anticipation of the how works will be done on site. He keeps a close eye on all
the works so that students can make it in on time.
Quantity Surveyor - Rob Jackson’s the man who manages the procurement and costs
associated with the building. He keeps an eye on the massive costs (£40 million
pounds is a lot!) and ensures we stick to our contract!
